Transitions

In my final master project I was working on overlappings and differentiations of jewellery and fashion. I created wearable objects at the transition to fashion and accessoiries. During the development process I was dealing with characteristica and production methods of jewellery and fashion and transfered techniques of clothing production into jewellery. Moreover I was questioning the common position of jewellery on the body. In an unworn condition you won‘t know how to use the pieces at first sight. Thereby I‘d like the beholder to challenge and expand his perspective. My transitional objects are playing with the means of dissolving the function of an object and shifting the context.
